While Canada Post is on strike, we are no longer partnering with Depop until the labour disruption ends. All our items are also listed on our Poshmark site for the same price and with an exclusive Two For sale. During this time we are using Purolator to ship, however, PO Boxes are excluded.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours on our third-party apps. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of being placed. Tracking numbers will be sent to all customers.

International Shipping

Currently, Closet Crisis does not offer International Shipping. We currently ship within Canada only. All Canadian orders are shipped exclusively through Canada Post.
