Store Policy [Updated Sept 2025]
All orders are processed within forty-eight hours. Orders, as of September 06 (2025), are shipped between three to four (3-4) business days of purchase.
Condition of product is not guaranteed as the responsibility of Crisis Collector. Any damage sustained through shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company. After the product has shipped (via letter-mail/parcel) Crisis Collector is no longer held accountable and will not issue refunds as of May 13, 2020. Please note that Crisis Collector does not offer letter-mail shipping as of January 2025.
Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate however, mistakes may occur. Mistakes are corrected as soon as possible and anyone affected is notified. Where necessary, an order may be cancelled prior to shipping.
Returns
With the various supply of vaccines being offered in Canada and many of the COVID cases declining, returns are accepted as of August 9 for purchases made exclusively through our Wix storefront. If you are purchasing from Depop or Poshmark, all sales are final.
This feature will be found solely at the footer section of our website. You are allowed to return up to three items, that must be in the condition that they were recieved. You are allowed to return an item for the first 10 (ten) days, after that, no returns or exchanges will be accepted, however store credit will be given. You will receive 25% of your total spent back on a gift card.If you are purchasing from Depop or Poshmark, all sales are final. When purchasing on the website, an invoice will be sent with the order, please make sure to include this within the returning package. A returning shipping label will be sent to you free of charge.
Cancelling An Order [Updated September 2025]
All orders are finalized through our third-party apps (Depop or Poshmark). Please confirm all information is accurate before purchasing.
If you are cancelling an order, please note it must be cancelled within 4 hours of an order being placed. A refund can take up to 48 hours to process for all customers. All cancelled orders are subject to receiving a restocking fee. If an order is below $5, customers must pay a $2.50 restocking fee. All orders above $5.01 will be subject to pay a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping [Updated September 2025]
Shipping is set at a standard flat rate for Canada. We only ship through Canada Post's expedited parcel offer. Shipping will be set at a standard fee of $19.99 for larger items or $9.99 for smaller. Please note, we no longer ship to the United States as of 2025.
Once a package has shipped, Crisis Collector is no longer held responsible and will not issue refunds.
Coupons
As of August 12 (2020), coupons are allowed on top of sales. These coupons can be used at checkout or messaging us on the third-party site (Depop or Poshmark).
Coupons do not expire unless otherwise stated. This policy however is subject to change without notice.
Gift Cards
Please note, that NO NEW gift cards can be purchased as of January 3 2022.Gift cards are now available with Gifted created by Wix. Customers will no longer have to insert their gift card within the 'Coupon Code' area unless you still have a physical gift card, however, can now enter a purchased gift card at the 'Payment' section of the checkout.
